I was craving for good saag.been here couple of time for party. We had saag without paneer, angara naan wit salad, chinese bhel for appetiser. For drink we had pelligrino. This place was under staffed, place was full with diners. Our server had no clue how to serve drinks, when she brought mineral water, no ice, no glass, didnt even open the bottle. When we ask for glass with ice, she brought glass full of ice, I then pointed out, how are we supposed to pour drink in glass, she stood there looking at it. Then we asked for another empty glass, and we did it om our own. Saag was really good, generous portion. so is the naan it was thin nan not doughy. Dessert was ok, we had coconut paradise.

Got the tandoori chicken and it was flavorful. Unfortunately it's pricey though so not a frequent spot. Parking is everywhere and service is about average. So many options to check out so I might come back to try them

I want to update my review because this place really saved the evening. My friends and I went out for dinner at another Indian restaurant before this and we waited 30 minutes and did not get any service, so coming here after that fiasco was a good move. We were seated here immediately and got service quickly, we even added menu items to our order last minute without a problem. I absolutely love the Manchurian balls here, butter chicken, garlic naan, roti, rice and gulab jamun. Everything we ordered here was great and we had a much better night.

A group of friends met for lunch at Wok N Tandoor. None of us had been there before but heard the food was excellent. The restaurant is tucked away in a corner of strip mall between Stater Brothers market and Dollar Tree. What an incredible gem. Once you open the door warm exotic aromas waft around and beckon you to come in. Tables and seating look newly appointed. Dining room is comfortable and roomy. Seating can accommodate couples, small & large groups. Cloth napkins and water goblets add a touch of class to the table linen. Beautiful Indian music played in the background as two of us settled in. We visited the uber clean restroom as the remainder of our party arrived. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by how they care for the restroom. Our friendly host/waiter, Athul, brought lemon wedges and filled our glasses with ice water while we surveyed the menu. Only two of us were familiar with Indian cuisine so Athul listened to our choices then made suggestions for what we might like. He was right on. We ordered: - Dry Chicken Tandoori served on a caste iron plate with sautéed bell peppers and onions sprinkled on top with parsley. Until today I hadn't eaten a chicken leg since I was 10 years old. Crisp skin surrounded the tender chicken meat. YUM. I ate 2 drumsticks. - Murg Malai consists of tender chunks of chicken topped by a sumptuous cream reduction. Between the 4 of us we more or less scraped the serving dish clean. I will surely go back for this one. - Chicken Tikka Masala. Outstanding. D, who is from Sri Lanka, said this was one of the best Tikka Marsala sauces she's ever eaten. High praise. - Basmati Rice, a light, fluffy accompaniment to the Tikka Masala sauce. - Garlic Naan. Thin bread with a nicely charred undercarriage. Garlic and butter toasted on top. We guessed it's made in-house. Don't miss out on this one. We wanted to buy more to take home, but resisted temptation. We'll be back. All toll, Wok N Tandoor - compliments to the chef and Athul, our delightful and helpful server. WNT is a great addition to the Cerritos culinary scene. Hope you try it. You're sure to enjoy their vast array of choices.
